Nope. I didn't get the job that I interviewed for. I am surprisingly rather indifferent about it. On to the next thing... It'll be something better.

I just realized that I never posted the follow up about the job interview I had a while back. In short, I got the position, I've accepted it, and I start on Monday as a Case Worker for the Goodwill. I'm SOOOO looking forward to the change. To feel like an actual professional will be a good thing for me. I will eventually get my own office. ( Read more... )

So I actually ended up having two interviews today. One was for a front desk position and the other was for the Childwatch position, both at the YMCA. I had a feeling I impressed both interviewers, and sure enough, when I saw Moe in class she said that they both wanted me. So, an option I have is taking both positions and switching out on them.
